Job Description:
• Respond to customer queries and resolve concerns
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
• Assist customers with orders
• Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
• Reports & follow ups as needed

Min. Requirements:
• Patient, calm, collected, warm and welcoming
• Personal and attentive
• Strong spoken and verbal communicator
• Excellent customer service management skills
• Good at follow ups and relationship management
• Familiar with software used to connect with customers
• Language: English, Swahili and local dialects (multilingual in local languages is a plus)
• Age 25-35 years
