Work plan
• Work remotely from home – 50%
• Outside/ on road – 30%
• Training, workshops & events (online or on location) – 20%
Objectives of this role
• Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Responsibilities
• Membership and marketing
• Business networking events, conferences
• Home shows, open houses and marketing
• Advertising through magazine, newsletter & online
• E – Commerce & partnership
OTHER ROLES
• Coordinating association, committees
• Market research
• Industrial workshop
• Breakfast events
• Annual dinner
• Quarterly networking events
• Attend board meetings and committee meetings
