i. Diploma in Optometry
ii. Registration by Optometrists Association of Kenya (OAK)
iii. Basic life support (BLS) and Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is an added advantage
iv. At least two years of relevant experience
v. Good Communications skills
