Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the hesort, including the day-to-day staff management and ensuring guests are comfortable. He/She is expected to provide overall team leadership and grow the business in order to ensure a good ROI for investors.

Job Description/Requirements
Uphold the mission, vision, and core values of the hotel and champion the same among the hotel staff
Provide leadership and oversight of all the operations and functions of the hotel.
Grow the business and enhance the overall profitability of the hotel through increased revenue generation
Ensure full compliance to the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) including the use of the hotel operating system by all relevant departments.
Lead the development and oversee the implementation of the hotel marketing & sales plan
Be the primary liaison between the hotel and external parties including regulatory bodies, tours & travel operators/agents, among others
Conduct the onboarding and induction of new staff.
Provide daily operational updates and detailed monthly reports to the MD
Ensure all departments are operating optimally and enhance teamwork across teams
