Responsibilities:
• Implementing sales pitches and promotions.
• Implementing the company’s sales strategy.
• Recruiting and enrolling students/learners.
• Guiding potential students on digital enrollment procedures and
• Guiding students to make payments on approved Mpesa till number always.
• Reporting all challenges experienced in the field to the manager on real time.
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Showcase product features to potential customers.
• Lead generation and closing deals (door to door, tele marketing, etc.).
• Must be able to generate sales leads from all networks.
• Conducting sales presentations.
• Accurately reporting on all activities.
• Attending roadshows, promotional caravans, market- storms and all business sales events.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while attaining the set targets.
• Share daily and weekly reports promptly.
• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Education Background:
• Minimum Diploma in Sales or its equivalent
• Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent.
• Certificate in computer applications.
• Over 2 years’ experience in sales in a busy environment
• Good analytical skills.
