Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Sales Executive for the Mombasa Branch.

Salary: 25-30k

Location: Mombasa Branch
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through developing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.
• Maintain existing clients by continuously furnishing them with current information on new products.
• Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
• Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the management.
• Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to your supervisor.
Key Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing.
• Above 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Work experience in ICT sector is an added advantage.
• Digital Marketing skills will be an added advantage.
