Job Summary
Our client, specializing in Fleet Management Systems-Vehicle tracking and Monitoring Devices, is looking to recruit a qualified Sales Lead who will be responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, promoting & encouraging strategies to sell cars. The successful candidate MUST have a degree or diploma in Business Management specializing in sales and marketing and at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Requirements
• Identifying Sales Goals, setting sales goals for the entire sales team, and ensuring that there are Measurable Key Performance Indicators
• Creating Sales Plans and segmenting the markets to ensure that each market is assessed and its needs addressed according to their preferences
• Training the sales team often and ensuring that they are all working as a team and are all facilitated and motivated for the job
• Recruiting and coming up with strategies to retain the sales team
• Preparation of an annual operating budget for the sales team
• In charge of ensuring that there is a good customer experience for our clients by resolving challenges when they arise
• Ensuring that the acquisition and sales teams are always working together with one goal of closing a sale
• Ability to give feedback to both the clients and the sales teams promptly.
Qualifications
• Must have a degree or diploma in Business Management with a specialization in sales and marketing.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales management.
• Must have automotive sales experience.
• A natural Leader.
• Possess excellent customer relationship management.
• Great promotional and deal-closing skills.
• Good written Communication and verbal Communication.
• Good teamwork and people skills.
• Experience using Microsoft word suite.
• Positive accommodative attitude.
Monthly Gross Salary: A monthly gross of Ks. 85,000
Career Level: Mid-Level.
Job Type: 1-year contract.
