Job Summary
We are seeking to hire account managers or business development managers who have experience in Payroll companies, recruitment companies, Recruitment & HR consultancy companies and/or employee outsourcing companies. A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in any capacity in the recruitment industry is preferable. This opportunity will offer you great competitive compensation, commissions and yearly bonuses.

Job Description/Requirements
The job holders will be responsible for delivering the agreed company sales set targets and managing clients account. This is a hybrid opportunity which means you have an option to work within your comfort zone.
Responsibilities
- Sales and marketing skills: Account Managers should have a strong background in sales and marketing, as they will be responsible for generating leads, promoting loan products, and converting leads into customers. Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital lending platforms: Account Managers must be familiar with the digital lending platforms, they must have experience in Payroll Companies, Recruitment Agencies, Digital- lending companies, Payroll Loans as well as knowledge in any third-party platforms used to generate leads and process applications.
- Excellent communication skills: Account Managers must be able to communicate effectively with customers through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Attention to detail: Account Managers need to be detail-oriented to accurately process loan applications and ensure that all necessary documents are collected.
Customer experience focus: Account Managers should have a strong focus on customer experience, with the ability to create personalized loan offers that meet the needs and preferences of individual customers.
Collaborative mindset: Account Managers should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Education: A diploma or equivalent in business, sales & marketing or any other related field will be required.
