Requirements: CPA FINALIST/CPA -K OR UNIVERSITY DEGREE WITH CPA PART II QUALIFICATIONS.
Experience:
• At least 3 years working experience as an accounts payables in a manufacturing environment.
• Those with pharmaceutical working exposure will have an advantage.
Duties:
THE DUTIES OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLES INCLUDES;
• Handling of creditors accounts which includes posting invoices.
• Verification of deliveries and account reconciliation (s).
• Make timely payment of bills for local and international transactions.
• Maintenance of petty cash expenditure schedules.
• Producing of monthly aging reports for suppliers.
• Preparation of all monthly payment schedules.
• Preparation of expenses reports.
• Preparation of cash and bank reconciliations.
• Preparation and remittance of statutories e.g vat, paye, withholding taxes, nhif, nssf, among others.
• Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Reconciling bank statements.
• Co-ordinate internal and external audits by ensuring smooth flow of documentations.
• Participate in stock takes to ensure inventories balance.
Salary: KSHS. 40,000 – 45,000 PLUS COMPANY BENEFITS
