We are seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing, who will be responsible for driving the coordination and execution of campaigns across multi-channel touchpoints that bring the Hanna brand to life, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. You will be required to lead the development and execution of our campaign roadmap, leading cross-functional efforts in bringing brand storytelling through our website, social media channels, and other marketing channels.

1) Associate Manager, Brand Marketing

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing, who will be responsible for driving the coordination and execution of campaigns across multi-channel touchpoints that bring the Hanna brand to life, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. You will be required to lead the development and execution of our campaign roadmap, leading cross-functional efforts in bringing brand storytelling through our website, social media channels, and other marketing channels.

You are a passionate marketer with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field and have a deep understanding of marketing channels and their role in driving customers through the funnel. You have experience in FCMG Communication, beauty, food, and beverage, or fashion industries launching campaigns and weaving in brand, product, and promotional storytelling with proven results.

You’re the kind of person who gets excited and inspired by creating things. You roll up your sleeves and can deliver quality work in a time crunch. You have a knack for storytelling and presenting ideas in a way that makes people fall in love. Additionally, you’re collaborative, organized, and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing cross-functional teams along in the process.

• Develop and own the execution of the marketing calendar with 360 marketing initiatives across owned, paid, and earned media channels

• Partner with Product, Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams to execute 360 brand and product marketing campaigns supporting product launches and “brand moments” throughout

the year.

• Develop key themes, storylines, promotions, and product messaging points alongside VP, Brand Marketing to support revenue goals and product sell-through goals

• Stay consistently up-to-date on marketing trends and cultural events in an effort to bring fresh ideas, sharing with peers and the broader team

• Coordinate with merchandising team on key items, product differentiators, and callouts for each campaign

• Produce recaps and maintain records of promotional events and integrated marketing campaigns

This position has a negotiated salary range of Kes 65,000 – Kes 200,000 based on EXPERIENCE and results that we can verify. Unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field

• Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience

• Strong understanding and proficiency in 360 campaign launches from start to finish while collaborating cross-functionally

• Excellent organizational and communications skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, with willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development

• Able to interact with all levels of the organization; must be able to articulate a vision and develop and deliver supporting marketing plans

• Skilled in presentation composition and communication apps including Google Slides and MS PowerPoint.

• Project management, analysis, and the ability to work with multiple teams.
