The Position: The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will create strategies and metrics to ensure the business stays on track with its objectives and exceeds targets. He / she will work with various departments on the budgeting, sales processes, and marketing strategies to ensure the company can achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies in line with the Company’s & Board’s vision.
Responsible for all sales & marketing and budgets.
Responsible for developing and implementing business objectives & goals.
Set performance standards for the sales and marketing workforce
Create the appropriate sales & marketing structure to meet the overall company strategies
Ensure the development and training of the sales & marketing workforce
Make decisions regarding marketing, sales, product development, new business opportunities, customer service to drive business growth and market share
Have regular contact with all stakeholders.

Must have not less than 15 years pharma experience in:
Marketing
Sales in Kenya and the region
Developing strategies
Budgeting
Product development & launches
Skills:
Knowledge of budgeting processes and performance reporting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Skills in strategic and business planning would be important
Must be a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized
