Job Description/Requirements
As a Modern Creative Production intern, we are seeking a triple-skilled individual – with excellent Graphics Designer, Excellent Photography expert, Excellent Video Capturing/ Editing skills.
You will work closely with Brand Manager – Creative Strategy and Business Solutions teams, as well as external brands, agencies, and production vendors to project manage creative content for advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive our sales goals.
The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously. The role is primarily a creative position, focusing on high-quality production of photos, and videos, editing the same to international standards, and client and partner support to deliver best-in-class campaign executions smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration in working closely across multiple cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills in client management, and strategic thinking in proactively problem-solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.
What you’ll do:
Manage a modern photo and video studio and be the main point of contact (pre-sale) for content creation ideal for social media, Whatsapp, etc
Create creative content with minimal supervision, have an eye for perfection, and superior design strategies

This intern position has a monthly salary range of Kes 45,000 based on EXPERIENCE and results that we can verify. Unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Strong proficiency in video editing software. Adobe is a must and no on-the-job training will be provided for use of video, graphics or audio editing software.
• Graphic design experience a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical background and minimal supervision.
• Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are April 2023 – August 2023.
• Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
• Previous Digital and eCommerce experience is preferred, but not required.
• Current student, or Junior/Senior Level undergraduate student or recent graduate (within 1 year of graduating) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Media Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Passion for visual advertising, pop culture, AR, and marketing strategy
Superior communication skills and ability to work in teams with maximum efficiency
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.), Excel, and Keynote
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related tech, marketing/creative, or design internship work experience preferred.
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
Creative and analytical skills.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Passion to learn how to build brands on Snap with the Creative Strategy team.
Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands.
Ability to use presentation skills, photoshop, and excel to share creative, recommendations, insights, and reports.
