Job Summary
Reporting to the Line Manager – Packers, Sales and Marketing, the delivery driver will be concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting Kenfresh Tea in a safe, timely manner. He/She will pick Kenfresh Tea products from the factory and drop off to customers while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Line Manager – Packers, Sales and Marketing, the delivery driver will be concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting Kenfresh Tea in a safe, timely manner. He/She will pick Kenfresh Tea products from the factory and drop off to customers while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the delivery vehicle to customer drop offs, alongside the Sales Representative, in a safe and timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from the vehicle.
• Refrain from carrying unauthorized passengers and products.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Report promptly any matter related to maintenance of vehicles including regular services and insurances renewal.
• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicles is maintained all through.
• Strict adherence to Traffics rules and regulations of the roads.
• Any other duty that may be lawfully assigned.
Requirements:
• O level certification or its equivalent
• Holder of clean, BCE Class, valid driving license
• Minimum 5 years driving experience accident free and knowledgeable of most regions in Kenya.
• Certificate of good conduct from Kenya National Police Service
• Basic knowledge in vehicle mechanics.
• Possession of a Defensive Driving Certificate will be an added advantage
