Job Description
• Overall to manage the human resources and administrative work of the office and all Company stores.
• Establish and constantly improve all kinds of personnel and administrative management systems, effectively organize and supervise the implementation.
• According to the development of the company, set up the organizational structure of personnel, formulate a recruitment plan for the whole year, sort out and develop effective recruitment channels, improve the recruitment process, and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Be responsible for the organization and implementation of induction training for new employees, corporate culture training and all kinds of internal training in the company.
• Responsible for the maintenance of office and store personnel files and the handling of all kinds of formalities (including recruitment, change, turnover, reward and punishment, etc.), improvement of personnel process and optimization of personnel forms, and effective labor risk control.
• Responsible for the formulation of all kinds of employee welfare programs and the organization of all kinds of team building.
• Responsible for office and shop staff attendance, holiday management and monthly salary accounting.
• Assist various departments to conduct job analysis and KPI assessment, and constantly improve the performance management system.
• Collect employee rationalization suggestions, coordinate employee relations and improve employee satisfaction.
• Resolve all kinds of labor disputes and accept matters related to labor disputes.
• To be responsible for the drafting and release of all kinds of major notices of the company, and the arrangement and filing of meeting minutes and activity minutes.
• To be responsible for the authority setting, management and approval of the company’s lark attendance system.
• To be responsible for the management of company printing, register trademarks and all kinds of contracts.
• To be responsible for the management of various office services such as procurement, travel, decoration, fixed assets, etc.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of the public platform within the company and promote the promotion of corporate culture.

Experience and relevant Skills
• Diploma/Degree relevant to the position
• 5-10 years experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of Kenya labour laws and policies
• Superior interpersonal and time management
• Proven integrity, transparency and accountability

Salary – 60,000
