Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests
Responsible for answering and routing calls
Greeting visitors, and handling inquiries from the public
Filing, scanning, as well as typing specific documentation
Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing emails
Prepare general correspondences and customer assessments as needed
Occasionally works on special projects.
Coordinating all shopping from all departments
Recording all expenses and revenues
Any other job assigned by your seniors.
Requirements
Great English writing/speaking skills,
Computer savvy and a quick learner (Excel is a must).
Must have a college degree in Tourism/Hospitality,
Great communication skills,
Very trustworthy, very focused and ready to do odd hours.
Resident of Mombasa (Coast)
