Location: Dawa Limited – Ruaraka
The Position: Sales Operations Manager
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets per the sales team including targets for FLM, MR schedule expenditure.
Ensure team building training.
Interact with New Product Development team, marketing team & create strategy (short term & long term) for sales growth and increase in market share.
Qualification and Experience:
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

University Degree in the relevant field.
At least 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field in sales and marketing.
