Main Purpose of the Job- (Job Summary)
Perform Sales and Marketing duties in line with the clinic policies and procedures
Main Responsibilities
- Corporate visits to all our partners, referral centers and stakeholders for business drive and initiatives.
- Onsite dental activities to activate the performance of mobile dental clinics.
- Have a strong understanding on the dental business, products and the technology surrounding dental.
- To maintain good customer relations with all patients and referring dentists.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with both referral centres and key customers with direct selling activities to build the clinic sales.
- Scheduling and booking mobile clinic activation sites.
- Periodic report submissions to the sales manager and other reporting lines.
- Give reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities and suggest new strategies to the management
- Participate in preparation of marketing plans and its execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
- Collect feedback from both patients and corporate partners.
- Resolving patient problems and complaints
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor in line with the job description.

Key Requirements and professional Qualifications
• Should at least have a certificate in any any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (i.e. he/she must be a people person).

• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Must be detail and customer service oriented
• Experience working in a health care institution is an added advantage
Work Experience & Skills
Essential
More than 1 years and up to 2 years’ experience in a marketing.
Desirable
Basic knowledge of dental procedures and the technology surrounding dental practice.
Good Public relations and customer service skills
