Job Summary
Supervising the Nairobi, Upcountry & Coast technical teams on product repairs, site surveys, installations, trouble shooting and other customer related services and ensuring that all these are handled professionally, in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of customers. Job Description/Requirements
Job Description/Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, be involved in site surveys and product education
Check and approve Project or Technical sales system sizing
Attending trade shows
Pair up with sales team in making technical presentations and demos on large technical sales and tenders
Be involved in creation and management of project budget, logistics, timelines and project partners
Manage workshop in Nairobi
Assisting with customer complaints on technical issues via phone/e-mail or walk in basis
Manage annual maintenance contracts
Maintain and Manage database of all surveys, trouble shootings and installations
Preparing and submitting to CSO and Head of Technical monthly report on all activities relating to the position
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
EPRA solar License and Electrical License
Requirements – mandatory
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Fully computer literate and very familiar with MS Office
Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Additional preferred requirements
Experience in Project management
Experience working with Inverters, Ups, Avr and solar
Experience with Tenders
Package
Gross basic of 75,000/- to 90,000/-monthly plus commissions for completed projects
Unlimited Outpatient medical cover
In patient medical cover with annual limit of KES 1 million
Pension benefit of 6% of gross salary monthly from the company
