Our Client, CPF Financial Services Ltd, is a Group of Companies with interests in retirement benefits administration, real estate management, insurance brokerage, information technology & renewable energy as well as management advisory services, is seeking to recruit a high-caliber, results-oriented, experienced and highly skilled professional to drive the delivery of the expanded mandate.

  1. Assistant Accountant, Treasury
    Job Title: Assistant Accountant, Treasury
    Directorate/Division: Finance and Commercial Services
    Section/ Unit: Finance
    Reports to: Accountant, Treasury
    Direct Reports: ● None

Job purpose:
The jobholder offers supports to the accountant- treasury by ensuring that receipts are issued and cash banked, dispatch of payments are done promptly and petty cash management is efficient .

Key duties and responsibilities:

  1. Issue receipts promptly by confirming from bank statements and cash or deposit slips.
  2. Dispatch of cheques and bank instructions
  3. Petty cash management.
  4. Acts as an agent and a liaison to the assigned bank accounts.
  5. Filing of accounting documents.
  6. Provide support during internal and external audit.
  7. Respond to customer’s queries
  8. Any other duties as may be assigned

Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required
Academic & Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and CPA II

Experience Required:
One year experience in an accounting /finance department.
