Job Summary
Car Mechanic duties include inspecting the vehicle’s mechanical components and its engine, diagnosing problems with vehicles and performing maintenance and repair work on cars, trucks and other vehicles.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
Keep logs of work and issues
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
Inspect (repair) steering and braking systems
Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements
Should have Mechanic & Electrical Knowledge
2 Years of previous experience as a car mechanic
Working knowledge of Landcruiser’s and Suzuki
Fluent in English and Swahili
Should be part of a team
Should be sober – Never drunk around the premises
Driver’s License – BCE category
