Location: Machakos (2 Posts), Kitui (2 Posts), Athi river (2 Posts)
Job Description
• Follow the company’s established accounting processes
• Daily reconciliation of collections and bankings
• Processing payroll
• Matching of client’s payments.
• Tracking and reporting all due invoices
• Responding to Audit related queries concerning payments and cash/bank activities.
• Posting payments and sharing of payment allocation schedules with suppliers
• Ensure accounting activities are recorded in appropriate systems to ensure accurate reporting
• Reconcile & balance general ledger account
Requirements:
• Good with ERP softwares.
• Must be analytical, detail and results oriented individual.
• Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and limited supervision
• Must have an impeccable integrity and diligence.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills.
• Working knowledge of Project Accounting and Book keeping Procedures.
• Superior analytical, organizational, interpersonal,and problem-solving skills.
