Job Description/Requirements
Salary:Retainer 30K-40k. But one can make up to 100K+ in Commissions an Bonuses

Roles.

1. Source new clients in different locations throughout the country and follow through with sales leads.
2. Build strong relationships with existing customers and follow up with them about their experiences with the company while in the field.
3. Prepare and submit a sales report to the Head of Sales by the close of business.
4. Identify potential areas where clients are found/ mostly frequent.

Requirements & Skills.

1. Must Have Experience in Selling Non-Woven and Craft Papers.
2. 5+ year’s experience in Selling Non-Woven and Craft Papers.
3. Flexible to travel anywhere within the country.
4. Good communication skills must be fluent in both English and Swahili.
5. Must be self-motivated and result oriented.
6. Should be able to work under minimal supervision.
7. Critical thinker when in the field so as to identify clients while in the field.
