Our Client, a middle-sized company in the oil & gas industry in Kenya, is looking to identify a promising HR Manager to be based in Nairobi.
So, who fits the bill?
• Graduates in Human Resource Management /Business related fields from a recognized institution.
• HR Officers and HR Assistant Managers who are ready to grow into the HR Manager role.
• Those with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a requisite professional qualification.
• Members of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
• Those with experience gained in the Industrial, Commercial, FMCG and fast-paced Corporate Sectors.
• Those with good supervisory skills and general leadership abilities.
As this is a role on a growth path, the budget for this role will not exceed Ksh. 150,000. The package will grow as you demonstrate ability to effectively head the HR function.
