VACANCIES IN THE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SANITATION

5. Pharmaceutical Technologist III J.G CPSB 11 ‘H’

Positions: – 5
Terms of Service: – Permanent & Pensionable

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Dispensing and medication counselling in the Health facility.
2. Reporting and keeping records of the health products and technology consumption
3. Monitoring of adverse drug reactions on patients.
4. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements for Appointment

1. Be a Kenyan Citizen.
2. Be a holder of KCSE with a mean grade of C or its equivalent.
3. Diploma in Pharmaceutical technology from an institution recognized by Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
4. Registration by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
5. Computer Application Certificates
6. Meet requirement of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All applicants are expected to present the following additional documents during interviews for purpose of complying with the provision of Chapter Six of the Constitution

1. Tax compliance certificates
2. Clearance from HELB where necessary
3. Clearance from the Ethics and anti- corruption commission
4. Clearance from the CRB.
5. Certificate of Good Conduct from the police
