Collection Africa is the leading debt collection agency in Kenya and is looking to hire a Team Leader.

Job Description/Requirements
Reports to: Head of Collections
Your Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with the clients and maintain excellent Customer Care.
• Ensure that client performance reports are provided within stipulated time frames and complete other performance improvement tasks temporarily delivered. in the desired format and quality.
• Organizes collection work load according to degree and amount of delinquency and assigns accounts to workers for collection.
• Provision of (World) first Class debt recovery service to the Clients.
• Daily responsibility for coaching, training, developing and motivating team members to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations.
• Develop a teamwork plan and lead team members to collect repayments from the outsourced customers.
• Devise and implement strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• The monitoring and maintenance of all Client’s policies.
• Set targets for the team and ensure maximum revenue.
• To complete other performance improvement tasks temporarily delivered.
• Supervise and improve the work efficiency of the team, and monitor the improvement progress of the team members.
• Motivate staff morale and ensure team working morale.
Qualifications
• Possession of a Degree in business field from a recognized Institution
Experience
• Four years’ experience with 2 years as a team leader or as a supervisor in collections
Skills and Competencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• People analytical and management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
